SILI BILLYs

Sili Billys is a Filipino-focused food project established from my home kitchen in January 2022. Started through creating a chili crisp called Sili Sauce to give to family and friends during Christmas to eventually hosting small-scale food pop-ups that pay homage to the curiosity in home cooking.
